well i asked ealier, but now again. I have this small lump on the side of one of my balls. you can only feel it when you feel one of the balls. I am scared that it is cancer, and its my senior year in school and i dont want to go to the doctor and them tell me that i cant play football anymore or wrestle. It would keep me out of college if that happened. What do you think i should do? do you happen to know what it is? if you need to know more just email me at dennisawilson at yahoo. im pretty scared.

99% chance it's a cyst. Haematocoeles are very common and can be quite large.
You should go see a Doc, Do not be embarassed! He will have examined many testicles in his time.
He may shine a bright light into the cyst and if it lights up like a little pink balloon, it is about 99.999% certain it's a cyst.
HOWEVER CANCER CAN OCCUR.......You should visit your Doc. I reckon he'll watch you(and it) for a month or two. He may recommend a 'scrotal support' meantime.
If he's worried he'll refer you to a urologist probably.

alright calm down all you need to do is to check it out because it can possbly form into cancer if action is not taken. no matter how scary it may seem you have to go to a doctor and get it checked out. it could be possibly easily solved in the beginning but later is serious. take precautions and visit the doctor

Hmmmmmmm...ignore a possibly very bad ailment for the sole purpose of playing football....or get it checked out and A)nothing happens or B) you save your balls! Choose wisely, young padawan....

your life is more important than your wrestling right now. see the damned doctor.you could lose precious treatment time while playing sports and if you lose your life it will have been all for nothing anyway.
