Just to clarify, I don't necessarily mean restaurants in casinos. I'm just asking 2 separate questions: is smoking allowed in NJ restaurants? is smoking allowed in NJ casinos?

The no-smoking ban was just lifted this july for casinos. they are allowed to have smoking in designated areas in the casinos, but not the restaurants.

Most casinos are exempt. I would guess that if the restaurant was part of the casino, it to would be exempt.
