I assume you mean is it real chicken filets as opposed to "processed chicken", yes. However I think the fries are the frozen type as opposed to fresh cut, the baked potatoes though are of course real baked potatoes.

All of these fast food joints use the same ingredients because most get their supply from mass producers like Tyson Foods. It's real chicken if you consider chicken byproduct as "real." Whether you eat at Wendy's or any other fast food chain, it's pretty much the same thing so don't sweat it or rather, barf it.
