Find the oil sending unit and make sure you didnt knock off the connector while changing the filter. I have no clue where the sending unit or the filter is on that model. If the wire did not fall off and it is a single wire setup, simply ground it with the key on, engine off and see if the gauge goes all the way up. Then you will know that the sending unit is bad, if it doesnt work your way back to the dash to see if it's electrical. Of course that is assuming it is pumping oil.

Check the oil filter mechanically and the oil level Don´t attempt to drive the car.See if there are any oil leaks. Does the car have an idiot light in addition to the oil gauge. If so, did that come on when you had the engine running?

You didn't forget to fill the oil back up did you?
How did the car sound when it was running?

It is very bad if you actually have no oil pressure.

I seriously doubt that car carries 90psi of oil pressure, so I am thinking the sending unit is bad.

You could have a bad oil filter that's blocking the flow.
You say you normally get 90psi when the engine isn't running? That's a new one.
