I love the grilled salmon and veggies and rice at Longhorn Steakhouse and they have these chicken roll up things that are awesome for an appetizer.

If you have never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse that serves rodizio style - - it is something to experience. Vegetarians can participate, but maybe it would be best to avert your eyes for a moment . . . .
The Brazilian Steakhouse nearest to me has what they call the "full rodizio" which is basically all you can eat of a variety of skewered meats, unlimited appetizers and salad bar. Here is what they have:
