Yes, there's http://stageagent.com/ which is a great resource, but there's also: http://www.musicaltheatreaudition.com/joomla/

Use these two sites in conjunction to get the most information you can. There's no part finders on MTA but they have more info on shows than SA does.

Well, I don't know of any that tell you a character in a specific show, but Stage Agent has a part finder where you enter your gender, age, vocal range, etc. and it tells you parts that would work for you. The link is:
