Not so much a present, more like a gift in a way. To hear the doctor say that my mom came out of surgery fine and they were able to remove all of her cancer. That was just 10 months ago, I don't think anything could top that for me.

When my kids made me a scrap album for my birthday. They got people to sign it and everything too. It was just AMAZING. Plus they videotaped various friends and relatives saying happy birthday along with "the best things I like about (me)"
I thought it was the best ever. Last year they gave me a spa treatment at home, massage, foot/pedicure/facial, etc. and serenaded me with music complete with wine etc.
Not bad for 3 kids under 13 and under huh?
Ok and so hubby got me a white Blazer last year...picked it out myself...that was my b'day present and much deserved after decades of everyone's hand me down vehicles! LOL

the best present for m is my life which given by my parents nothing else and all the worldly things are nothing important for me. So my life is best present i received so far.

Well for Christmas of 2006 my parents got me a BEAUTIFUL Chihuahua named Roxy! She is the best thing that has ever happend to me! I love her so much!
