A carpet, I have divan ottoman bed, which leaves very little room underneath it, there might be a few till receipts fallen under it.
Now if you had asked what was in the ottoman part of the bed, most clothes for three people.

I have two drawers under my bed and they are full of rubbish from my teens ... I have old annuals, a pair of clackers, posters of Eric Estrada, pictures my nieces and nephews drew for me, lots of little Wade animals, my old scrap book, some school books, my report cards ..... that kind of thing.

sadly only dust but once I saw a film where a monster lived under the bed- scared me for years when I was a kid!!

Lots and lots of papers from the past school years(13 yrs of school), boxes of computer hardware, christmas wrapping paper and some toys that got down there somehow.

lol i got about 60 closer mags under there my bfs top gear mags. the argos book and yellow pages oh and slippers i think i need to sort it out. as well as dust and a few other things but not going to say :-)

nothing anymore- what a nightmare to keep dust free.What seemed like a great idea turned into be storage for everything I had to bend over for.
