Depends on what the "attractive nuisance" is. Swimming pools are covered under law. Why are adults trespassing on his property anyways? Did you get hit in the gonads by a rake handle while you were sneaking a peek at his wife nude sunbathing in the yard?

No.

Attractive nuisance: A dangerous condition that may attract CHILDREN onto land, thereby causing a risk to their safety.
