well.im 13 as well.. and my mom's gotten used to the fact i hang out with guys.. i guess since ive been datin a while now.. and all..you're 13 your not gunna go all the way and your mom probably knows that. My friends and i hang out at the mall, skating rink, park, each others houses, in town(i live in a small town)movies, beach, at the school.. theres a lot of other ones but they all cost $$.. just get used to talkin to ur mom about guys after a while she might try and have "the talk" ..but after she see's ur confortable talking about guys she might losen up and let u guys hang out.. hope i helped!!

Movies, Mall, Bowling, Beach, Lake, Restaurant, Fast Food joint, Bookstore, etc. Anywhere very public and with a lot of people and hopes of a security guard.
Tell your mom that you want to or need to go to these places and that you would like to be joined by your very best guy friend whom you'll introduce to her later. Your mom will want to or need to know who you hang out with, mostly for peace of mind. She'll let you go anywhere as long as you're honest. If you told her you'll be home at 9pm and you're going to be late by a few minutes or maybe an hour, tell her right away. She'll appreciate that a lot! "Mom I'll be 5 minutes late, just had traffic, or there was a long line at "blank", or etc" Don't tell her something like, there was a fight, or an accident and we were delayed. That will worry her. Anything positive will help. You can go anywhere you what as long as you are honest and complete with exactly what you're going to do. It's hard at 13, but eventually you'll earn a lot of trust. Trust is very very big with parents and if you gain that at a young age, you're set for life.

Fast food restraunts are good, you can talk and if you have nothing to say you can eat while you think of something.
The movie theater is also good, you can watch a movie and lightly comment
If you want to really talk, you can take a walk around a park, walk don't ride bikes so you talk easier...
A house is always full of entertainment, so is a mall...

To please your parents, it would have to be a public place. Are there any Movie Theaters, Malls, or Skating Places in your town? If not, there is always the local Library. They are open on some nights........
