so i'm confused and i realize this is a stupid question but what do you say after a monologue? is it "end scene", "and scene", or just plain "scene?" thanks for the help!

When you're done, you generally put your head down just like when you're starting. When you look up again you are yourself and not your character. Everyone should get that and if they don't then you can say 'thank you' as an audible cue and smile warmly and look to your 'audience' for whether you should make your exit or wait for questions or further instruction.

Just hold the last pose/expression for a few seconds, then relax and smile pleasantly.

It will then be up to the auditors to ask for something else or say, "thank you." Sometimes they won't say anything right away -- they may be perusing your resume or even discussing you -- so just stand there looking pleasant and confident until they speak to you.

As soon as you're dismissed, thank them for their time.

none of the above, you hold the last look for a moment, then break it, and as yourself, you say, Thank you, I'm, Your Name.

How to properly introduce and deliver monologues, and respond to direction and criticism and end your interviews is covered thoroghly, among much more, in my free book, The Tao of Acting.
