As far as i know about these treatments, you will need to take out the carbon cartridge, dissolve the tablet or powder in a cup full with tank water and then pour it into your tank, and that daily with 24 hours apart

you will need to treat for up to 7-10 days

do a 50% partial waterchange at the end of the treatment, and check your ammonia levels daily because the medication will mess with it, if you have ammonia present you will need to do partial waterchanges of 25%

Most medications also turn the water color into a blue, green or red, so don't worry if your tank gets discolored that's absolutely normal

Hope that helps
Good luck

Separate them into an additional tank, blank out the now empty tank. Take out vegetation, substrate, heater, filter out, the whole thing and scrub with hot water. Let airdry. Clean the vegetation, substrate, and so on the equal means. Give the fish Anti-Ich meds. Skip an afternoon of consuming. If they appear more fit and dont have the spots, upload new water to the sterilized tank and the entire substrate and decorations. Transfer the fish via internet so there is not any Ich micro organism transfered. Give Anti-Ich as soon as once more, however feed.
