Being that Miami will not reach 5 wins this season, i would have to say Seattle. The NFC is watered down and Seattle has as much of a shot as anyone to even go to the super bowl.

I would pick Seattle, but I believe the superbowl this year
will be between 4 teams.....

Seattle i could see seattle upsetting some of the other big name teams such as the colts and bears. Seattles safteys were terrible at times last year but they replaced them with 2 very good guys who are huge in communication somethine seattle has never got form its safteys. their defense got alot better from kerney, and the safteys along with trufant will be playing on his favorite side (the one that he SHUT DOWN steve smith when he was the best wr in the leage) if he can shut down smith he can shut doewn harrison or anyone the Bears have considering grossman sucks. the team that i don;t think seattle could beat is New England but they haev a chance depending on their line. alexander will get about 1400 yrds and 16 td's this year easy. Go HAWKS!

Seattle. But neither one of those teams will win the Superbowl. Seattle could be at the superbowl, but the AFC will have the SuperBowl winner this year.

Seattle. They have a solid quarterback in Matt Hasselback and the leagues leading rusher from 2 years ago who is really good when healthy. Also, they have a pretty good defense. Miami has a question mark at quarterback even with Trent Green, who struggled last season after his injury. Also Ronnie Brown was overworked his rookie season and looks worn down resulting in less production.

Seattle because they have Hasselbeck and Alexander, but I find it unlikely that either of them will win the Superbowl. Neither of these teams have a dominant enough offense or defense to be the best team in the league this year.

Seattle for sure! Miami sucks! Trent green coming off an injury, ronnie brown can barely bust runs, and their defense is good but its not good enough to win championships!
