Well that is a very cute shirt i agree. I would wear jeans or jean bermuda shorts. I thought it would look cute with hoop earings and a low side ponytail. Hope it helped.

okay well how about a solid blue skirt or jeans and maybe throw on some navy blue head band and a pr of white earrings. good luck .

Black spandex pants that go down to your ankles. A wide black belt with a large buckle (silver or copper). Large hoop earrings and bracelets.
As for shoes, black sandals or or high heels.
