Pull up the document on your screen > hit "print screen" > open Paint > paste image into screen (maybe do some cropping) > save as jpeg.

Should be all set.

Use the Print Screen button (which should be located at the top right of your keyboard) while you have the document open. Then paste the screenshot (right-click, choose 'Paste') into a program such as MSPaint or Irfanview. Then save it as a JPEG, PNG, BMP or GIF, and use it like a regular background.

Not sure how big it is, but if you press "print screen" or "prtSc" button, then open up an image editor like photoshop or microsoft paint, which comes with windows XP, then "paste" what you have saved on your clipboard, it will produce an image of whatever is on your screen at the time you pressed print screen.
