Is Jason Morgan from General Hospital the same guy that fights the Karate Kid at the end of Karate Kid 3?

No not the same guy, although they look startingly alike. Steve Burton plays Jason Morgan on "General Hospital" and Sean Kanan played Mike Barnes in Karate Kid III.

However Sean Kanan did appear as AJ Quartermaine on 4 episodes of "General Hospital."

No. That was the guy who used to play Jason's brother, can't remember his name. The one that replaced him when he went into rehab was Billy Warlock (formerly of Baywatch). I think his name was Sean something.
