Where can I buy freon for a 1990 Honda Accord?

If the system has not been converted to run R-134, you cannot buy it, it is outlawed in the US. You can only have the system checked first for leaks, and recharged by a licenced auto a/c service technician. They are the only people allowed to possess and dispense R-12 refrigerant. If there is a label on your system saying it has been converted to R-134, you can buy that at places like AutoZone, Canadian Tire, etc.

why is yours gone? did it leak out? Freon just doesnt "disappear" usually the compressor`s seal wears out so it must be repaired or rebuilt.

you have to have a license to buy r12 have it converted to 134 its a diy self job,ps the did not outlaw r12 in the us!
