Still fuming and bewildered ...
The judge Roy Pearson, who lost a $54 million dry cleaning lawsuit had filed an appeal with the court, essentially, continuing on with the lawsuit.
The Chungs (dry cleaner owners) admit their mistake, had offered $3,000 to replace the missing pants prior to the original court hearing, and had even asked the judge not to fine Roy Pearson during the verdict for the payment of their own legal fees ($85,000). Now this judge is at it again, finding a way to get these dry cleaners.
As a side: WTF!!!!! Is this Roy guy for real? I mean the dry cleaners admit mistake and offered compensation? WTF?
Am I thinking level headed here? Is it just me or is this guy Roy Pearson just out to get vendetta after getting his ego bruised?

This guy is a real piece of crap. He knows that he will never win this lawsuit, he is just using the legal system to bankrupt these poor people to get back at them for the slight inconvience they put him through. Too bad he can't be disbarred for this behavior...all it is is a a legal way of threatening and intimidating them.

I just think he is full of his self. I don't get it either. Why put the justice through this? I mean look at all the things happening today and all the people who go scott free for rapes and child molesting and then they commit another crime. The courts need to be freed from this petty stuff like suing a dry cleaners over a stupid pair of pants. We need the real criminals to pay for their wrong doings. My God the people apologized and tried to give the pants back what more does this man want?

I think Pearson should be prosecuted in a federal court as a traitor, for attempting to undermine the judicial system in the USA. He should be found guilty and hanged by the neck until dead. The sooner the better.

This judge IMHO is a power tripping gasbag. He is harassing this poor family over a lost pair of pants fer Ghod's sake. He needs psychiatric treatment. Anyone with judgment that poor needs to be removed from the bench for incompetence.

Some people are cruel and like to push their weight around maybe because they are Chinese and have little money and work hard doesn't impress him. They had to pay 85,000 which I think he should have had to pay them back.
isn't he another of the rich athletes who think everyone should worship them? I think people are tiried of worshiping these sports heros who care very little if anything about others.
He will fool around until they will make him pay them back and then he will have something to complain about.
