tucked in or out? belt? shoes? I have two in really funky colors & designs which will be hard enough to match up.

1] wear a solid color,fitted T or blouse, tucked in. No belt - distracts from shape of skirt.
2] shoes depend on length of skirt: mini - ok with flats; ankle length - flats or heels; mid calf - heels.
Most flattering length for these skirts is just below kneecap.

You can pair with a simple slim fitting white shirt to let the tulip skirts be the center of attention and wear bangles. No belt, fading trend. Wedges would look very hot. For fall wear kitten heels!

A great more Autumn/Winter look is a white shirt tucked in with a thick belt a pair of black opaque tights and boots.
For a more summery look wear flats and a white blouse which could be worn either way in or out.

some thing like a black tank actual some thing a sprint extra dressy like according to danger with slightly sequence yet to no longer lots. and tuck in. and bear in mind that much less is extra. have relaxing on the occasion.
