Please note, there are no online tests for diabetes. To find out if you have diabetes, medical testing is required. There are online tests where you can see what risk you are at of getting diabetes.

The American Diabetes Association has a risk test you can take. To take it, please go here:
http://www.diabetes.org/risk-test.jsp
Please note, this one tells almost everyone that they are at risk!

I find this one to be more accurate. It is from a hospital:

Meanwhile, you can suspect you might have diabetes if you have any of the following symptoms:
excessive thirst (this is the main classic sign)
unexplained weight loss
fatigue
excessive urination (goes hand in hand with the excessive thirst)
increased appetite
poor wound healing
infections
blurry vision
change in mental status (confusion, irritability, agitation, etc)

So, if you have any of the above symptoms, please see your doctor for testing.
