The Supra can beat all those cars when tuned. But man, oh man. Will you be wasting alot of money if you tune it, like alot!

Also I am almost sure that the last models of the Supra were RWD. What else would they be FWD? Nope, the Celica is (well was)

Supras are like made to be customized becasue their engine can handle being twin turbocharged. That being said, the Supra can beat even the Porshe 911 Gt version if you mod it out enough. There are two things that will stop you though, Supras haven't been imported in the US for a number of years now and the ones that are made, goes straight to GT racing purposes only. Reliability and fun factor is off the roof, but as far as gas goes, well, how do you expect a 800hp car to suck up gas?

It think you will have to spend some money to beat a vette with a supra. It is a great car though like you said 101% reliable. I know a friend that has a modded supra and he can destroy my 2000 vette but he spent ALOT of money getting there.

If you intend to buy one, buy one that is 1985 or earlier.
They quit making rear wheel drive ones in 1986.
