The one thing that I always find stimulating is other people's interest in learning. Especially if they seek me for information. I feel the rush by being able to shed light on other people's wonder. I guess I find great satisfaction helping others.

Chocolate works for me. I get slightly stoned on the feel good stuff and can play my guitar far better when under the influence of chocolate. As we speak I am feeding on a slab of the best.
