vixy.net lets you chose what you want to convert the video into, just select a file type your phone supports an itll do it. then just save it to your desktop.
let me know if the link is wrong cos i cant remember it of the top of my head.

It'll save as a .flv file which is a flash video file.
Your phone must be able to display flash video otherwise you need to go to download.com and get a universal converter program. Just get a free one that will convert flv to any other format of file your phone will play.
Download the video. Convert it. Bluetooth it to your phone. Done.
