I have a 2000 nissan quest minivan and I turned it off and tried to start it and it has plenty of battery but wont turn over. Could it be a fuel problem or am I barking up the wrong tree. PLEASE HELP !!! Does anyone know about these vans or these problems and to where I can find the fuel pump on this van?

When you say turn over, do you mean it wont fire? if it the starter isn't working I would check it and the solenoid that engages it. If it is turning over with the starter check for spark by removing the plug from a cylinder and grounding it out when attached to the plug lead and check for spark. If there is spark start next by disconnecting the incoming fuel line to the engine and check to see that you are receiving fuel to the engine. If I were to guess though I would say it is a fuel pump or possibly a plugged fuel filter. any ways these steps will get you pointed in the right direction. e-mail me if you have any more questions about this.

Lack of gas would not keep it from "turning over".
It would however keep it from "starting"
