Nissan Altima 2003 130k miles..

Tried again the car starts but after a block or so it turns right off. And when I try starting the car backup it sounds like it struggling for gas but when i give a little gas nothing happens.

Rather than a good guess please go to your local repair shop.Could be electricial or fuel.To guess will only cost more in the long run.Best of luck.

No. An oxygen sensor won't do that.

It could be that the fuel filter is clogged.... change it.
