i know none. almost everyone i know has a computer of their own, or they have a house computer where everyone in the house can share. theres 3 computers in my house(2 laptops; one is mine and one is my mom's, and we all share the dell computer in the living room). so, back to the subject, i know no one that doesn't WANT a computer.

I took a second and really thought about it, Everyone I know uses a computer, a lot. At their jobs and stuff.

my mom. she's not good at using the mouse so she never wanted to learn how to use the computer.

i know a couple of people. computers can be bad but it is all about how you use them. if you know how to use them right then they can be your friend. good luck.
