what do must women want boys are girls,?

i have 1 daughter now, and im 18 weks with 2nd - i kinda want this baby to be a girl, but really dont matter long as its heathey, is haveing a boy alot dif then a girl, or about same babys are babys lol,

i was about to find out the sex last week, but babys legs was crossed . but i get to try agian in 2 weeks

I want a girl but I have many reasons why...For one I get to buy pretty things for her and be girly....Also I think that it would soften my husband up some and he would stop being such a hard ***...but if its a boy I will still love it no matter what.

I think it depends more on

(1) Whether or not it's the first child
(2) If it's not the first child, what sex the other child(ren) is/are

I think women who are having their first child usually want a girl first. Women who already have a child and have a girl will usually want a boy next and women who already have a boy will usually want a girl next.

I'm pregnant with my first so I don't know if there's a big difference in raising boys and girls. I would say that for the most part kids are just kids but I'm sure there are many differences too. But those differences are what will make the best memories. Congrats and good luck!!!!!

From the experience I have with my son compared to my best friend's daughter(they're the same age) a boy is easier....Then again alot of that was personality traits. My son is an independant little imp and her daughter is a clingy whiney prissy girl... Other then that they all poop,pee and vomit all over everyone in the beginning. LOL Also from experience finding cute girl clothes is SOOO much easier then cute little boy clothes. I guess we'll see soon. I was hoping for another little boy but this one is a girl due november.
She was an imp too...sitting transverse and wouldn't even let them get the heart pictures at 20 weeks! had to go back in a month and they finally got her to flip around and show her heart and opened her legs for a few minutes!

Oh I was hoping and praying for a little boy. But of course I would have been just as pleased with a girl. Everyone just wants a healthy baby, but my preference was definitley BOY :-D
I grew up the oldest of many many brothers, and it's just what I'm used to. The thought of raising a girl terrifies me!

I think most moms fall into the "I just want a healthy baby" category. I am completely indifferent about this one. In a way I would like to have a son, but in a way three girls would be cool too. So, I really don't care which it is. Good luck on getting your girl!!!

well besides stating the obvious "as long as he/she is healthy" answer, i was hoping for a boy (i didnt have any previous children). I just like boys and am kind of a tomboy myself and if i had a girl we lets just say her dad could probably do her hair better than i could..lol...

i am having my boy (as i wished for) but i wouldnt mind having a girl either maybe sometime in the near future..i just need to convince the Mr. lol

In my family, my sister got the boys and I got the girls. I'm perfectly fine with that. I don't think I would know what to do with a boy because we didn't have any brothers.

I wanted a girl, but found out I'm having a boy. I feel bad wanting a girl so much because I love him soooooo much and wouldn't trade him for anything, and I haven't even met him yet! (I'm only 21 weeks pg)

i have 2 girls and i want this one to be a boy but if its a girl i will be excited too because girls are so much fun!
