The fridge is not new so I'm not sure what the problem is. It's so hard to open that the whole fridge starts moving forward and the door does not open.

I think it needs a thorough cleaning of the magnetic gasket first. Open the door and see if it has black areas on the gasket. That would be mold and can be cleaned off with bleach. After that, mix a strong detergent solution and scrub the gasket (and the refrigerator surface it touches. After it is all clean see if the problem is gone. In most cases it will be OK.

If it is still sticking, your rubbery gasket material is old and has deteriorated to a sticky condition. That means all you can do is replace it.

I agree that it is probably something on the surface causing the sticking. Wash it off well with water and detergent and dry well. Try not closing the door as quickly. This pushes air out and can form a vacuum which will also make opening harder. It does tell me that you have a good seal though.

just put you fingers at the top of the door strip and pull the seal as you open the door, , sounds like the fridge is making a vacuum when the door closes, there for making it hard to open, have to do this to mine, And NO its not dirty,

Sounds like the fridge magnet surfaces are sticky or the hinges are binding. Magnets cannot gain strength.

It sounds to me like your door has slipped out of alignment. Take a look and see if its not rubbing on the other door and if so, adjust the door by loosening the hinge on top and moving the door so that it wont catch on the other one.
