Christ allmighty! " Don't Ask Me "; If ye ever around Co. Leitrim, please do feel free to drop by with some of ye spuds. Those and Kirsty's yorkshire pud's would be a god send!
I've not eaten a sunday roast in years and probably never will do again. No facilities / ability here. But big, crispy roast spuds that are fluffy ..... Oh god. I can't go on torturing myself over this any more! Anyone Mentions gravy and I'll go ballistic! You people likely have no idea what it's llike Not to be able to enjoy a sunday roast for the rest of ye lives.
Sod this. I'm off! Night all. Have fun.

Big and Crispy!, ooh you've made me hungry now. What you can try, is wash dont peel the spuds. Cut them up into wedge shapes, spray on olive oil and sprinkle any kind of spice or herb you want then bung it in the oven till they are soft. More fun than potatoes and less work (no peeling) Enjoy
