The only lip gloss I use (Bare Escentuals gloss in "Classic") is no longer available, and I'm almost out of my last tube. I won't order a different color ($) without trying it first because the color is never the same on my skin as it looks in a pic.

Any ideas what I can do?

I understand, it's like your signature gloss, lol. We all have one. Go to Sephora, or Victorias Secret and find something that matches your skin tone. Maybe show someone that works there and ask if they have something in a similar color. Good luck, hope i helped!! *by the way, i reccomend clinique and neutrogena, they feel really light.

Order from a direct sales company like Mary Kay or Arbonne International. If you don't like the color you have a money back guarantee or can exchange for something else. Don't try it out at the store, you don't know where those brushes have been or who's lips they've been on. So, you don't know what kind of cooties are crawling on them.

I also had my favorite lip gloss canceled..so i just cheched stores like dollar general, dollar tree, and things like that..try the colors out..and if you don't like them its no biggie because they were cheap, then, if you find one you like, you won't have to spend a lot of money, they stilll have good brands..i get 6 bonne bell tubes from a 99 cent store...they were good quality too =D!

Go to a store like sephora or a department store with a makeup department and test out each type of gloss, then pick which one you like the best.

Try going to a Macy's and asking one of the make-up counter girls what color lipgloss they suggest for you. Show them the shade that you usually wear and they'll try to help you find something similar in a different brand. Plus, you can try different lipglosses on and see which ones you like. Hope this helps!

Why don't you contact them thru their site and ask what they recommend as a substitute. If they do mail order they might also have some lying around.
I got 3 more of my fav that way (different company)
