I'm 16,pregnant and the guy lives out of town?
I know,I should be ashamed of myself I have heard that a few times here and there.I don't need people to yell at me,I just need some advice. I am 16 yrs old,and met this kid who lives out of town it's only about 45 minutes away from where I am from.We both are 16 yrs old.We knew each other a little while before deciding to have sex.Actually I didn't post some of this info in my last question but we knew each other for about 2 yrs.We both were 14 when we first met.He lives with his grandfather and friend. He comes to my city every couple weeks and stays a few days with his friend. We had sex and I went to the doctor and I found out that I am 9wks .I told him about it on the phone and he said that I can move in with him.I like his friend and him a lot..Would that be legal if I am not 18 yet?

Can you tell me how two 16 year old kids are going to be able to afford rent, utilities, food, and the cost of raising a child?

Why not talk to your parents, can't they help you?

It depends on the state laws wherever you live at. For instance, if you live in florida once you became pregnant after 16 you become emancipated and it would be fine, but if you are in virginia where me and my fiance who is 19 live, (im 17 and a new mother by the way, less than a week old baby girl) then no, you would have to have your parent's permission. You just have to call social services for your state, that would give you more information than looking online, good luck and best wishes.

Tell your rents and then move in with him because more than likely they are going to never let you see him again. Better idea with your parents consent you two can get married!!!!

You left out a lot of details.. Are you in school? Do your parents know? Are your parents accepting of the fact that you are pregnant? Etc. Ect. My advice to you is to stay in school, stay with your parents, and finish growing up. You have the rest of your life (AFTER school) to be with your boyfriend.

You are still a minor. Keep that in mind.

for you would be best to give the baby up for adotpin yes its hard but you are still a child and it would e hard. it is good he wantes to help but he can't help you its very costly and your parents are thinking of their grandkid and you. its would be bests thing for both of you do it so someone can have a sweet little one that is healthy and they will take goo dcare of him/her.

Should of wrapped it up....

ANYWAYS!
I think you need to tell both of your guys parents before anything....See what they feel is right....Then do what ever you guys feel is right....Just know what your parents feel bout it first....

God bless
