Where can i dowload these files (for MAME)? xvsux.03h, xvsux0.4h etc...?

Okay first off welcome to MAME. second the file you have xvsux0.4h is not right its xvsux.04h. It is a part of a rom for X-Men Vs Street fighter (USA 961004) and the rom is xmvsfur1.

To help yourself get answers here state the following when asking MAME questions:
The version of MAME your using?
The Name of the game your trying to play?
The name of the ROM your trying to use/get?
The missing file(s) name?
The problem your having?

You need to get the rom xmvsfur1

after downloading the rom to your computer it is a zip file.
KEEP IT ZIPPED!!!!!!!!!!! and place it in the mame directory in the roms folder, REMEMBER KEEP THE ROM FILE ZIPPED!!!!!
You should be able to open your MAME program and play XmenVsSF
