Maybe this is fate stepping in as I've taken a new job out of town and my car decides it's going to poop out. Here are the symptoms:

1) In the morning - fine until around noon
2) Around noon it starts to idle bad and shake - the engine temp is usually between warm and cool.
3) Around seven, when the sun goes down, it starts acting normal again.

I at first thought it was the heat, but because it's starting to cool down during the day, I'm less likely to believe that's the case (today it's only 88 degrees, the same temp I drove it around normally at yesterday evening)

When the car acts up, I get the following error codes:
12 Battery or computer recently disconnected recently disconnected
27 Injector circuit isn't switching when it's told to (TBI)
OR (MPI) injector circuit #1 not switching right
OR (turbo) injector circuit #2 not switching right
OR (all 1990-) injector output driver not responding
- check computer, connections (I get this error twice)

I have done the following to the car:

1) Replaced plugs, cap, wires and rotor
2) Changed out fuel filter
3) Changed out Oxygen sensor (which got rid of the 21 error code)
4) Cleaned out throttle body and replaced gasket

The car ran fine afterwards....until noon ran around. I took the car out around 11:30, filled up with gas and came back, let the car sit for a few minutes and then blammo! Came back and "CHECK ENGINE" light comes back on.

What else could it be?

Check the simple things first:

1) Look and listen for a vacuum leak that is sucking raw air into the engine inake manifold causing a misfire on one or more cylinders.
Usualy a small vacuum hose gets knocked off the vacuum port on the intake manifold.

2) Gently tug on each spark plug wire at the spark plugs to see if one or more have come loose from the spark plug.

3) Try to remember the last time you had a tuneup, or fuel filter change. If you can't remember, it's probably due....

4) Don't simply trust the cars computer to diagnose issues. Most of the time they are simply reading the result of the failier, rather than the CAUSE.

5) If you are not able to fix the problem in these simple steps, pay for an ENGINE DIAGNOSTIC not just a simple computer diagnostic or code scan.
A proffesional shop can do a comprehensive ENGINE DIAGNOSTIC for about $85 and this will find any and all engine performance issues.

I don't think problems with any vehicle can tell time and then act up. Sounds more like a plugged exhaust system. Check output from exhaust, might have a plugged catalytic converter, putting too much back pressure on the engine.
This happens often on many makes and is one of the most overlooked causes of poor engine performance.

Your battery may be going bad, they act up in hot temperatures.
