My boyfriend get's mad if i dont answer my phone on the frist ring like yesterday i had his car all day and he called me and i forgot my phone in the car. so of couse i couldnt answer the phone and he got mad and was yelling at me like "what was you doin bring me my car back " and all i was doin was puttin my grandfather's grocery's up stair's in his house . sooo why do he get mad when i cant answer his phone call right away?

My boyfriend is the same way. Point blank and simple he is just insecure, of you and the relationship. My boyfriend thinks i am cheating on him when my phone goes str8 to voicemail, and when I don't answer. But, whenever he does not answer my phone calls I don't trip!

I agree with a lot of the people here. He is insecure which is leading him to be controlling. He may change, by him looking into himself and working on it. He's probably young so he's working out what he was brought up with. A partner should never yell at you for anything, it should only become a disagreement. Relationships are best when they're healthy and equal. I will never accept a controlling person in my life again.

BOYS GET KINDA MAD EASILY for example ma bf got mad with me and started to yell cause he liked this other girl in Turkey but then me and her became friends and then he didnt yell at me to break up wit him...!
boys are also complicated to understand but ya love em' anyway.But the thing to do is just to accept the fact that he is madbut will calm down eventualy.

Hey just think about if he do it in the same way and he dindn't anwer the phone what do you thing about it maybe he needs more time with you and talking with you by phone means to much for him you need to talk about it because the comunication is the better answer for bowth i hope my answer help you and also my better intentions 4 U!!!!!

depends on the reason for the phone call... there really is no reason to get so mad... but if he calls your because he wants to talk to you... then i can understand him... cuz he was looking forward to talking to you...i get mad wen i call my girl and she doesnt get to the phone... but i certainly dont scream at her or tell her that i was mad... well maybe jokingly say im mad at her for not picking up just to hear a cute sorry hahaha... but the case in your question with the groceries and stuf... thats just a case of bad tempers

This is what is called as teenager love. The boy might be thinking, eating and drinking you all 24 hours and he cant be patient enough to wait if you dont pick up the phone.

the same happens to my friend all the time...
his gf just doesn't get his phone call at the first time.. and he doesn't know why...
i think it means he really cares about you and if you didn't answer the call, he will assume that what if you are in trouble at that time? what if something has happened?
he concerned about u (and his car) and wanted you to answer the phone call, thats what it is all about..

Being a guy myself its mostly insecurity. Guys have alot of that. But if your boyfriend really goes out of control with it then that might be a problem.

Because probably he thinks he owns you. There are people like that. The best answer you will get is from him. Ask him and talk to him about it. I can understand both sides.

Because he is controlling and wants to know where you are all the time. He think s what your doing is not as important as his phone call and expects you to make him 1st no matter what...........Dump him it will only get worse......
