What will come first, a time when one corporation owns everything or mankind's physical demise?

Both will come at the same time, as they will mutually cause each other.

And in the process, humans will be divided into two species, an underground-dwelling Worker Species, and an above-ground living, clueless Master Species.

One will eventually *devour* the other, count on it.
