I agree with Racer 51. Blackbird. Except, it's not really an easy song to learn unless you've had practice and can mimic McCartney's playing style.

I'd recommend a simplified version of Pachebel's Canon in D Major, it's a very nice relaxing song and simple at most parts.

Um.. i think there's this one by U2, Sunday Bloody Sunday, it's really cool, sad, but easy to learn. It's the same thing over and over again. My cousin taught me but I can only do it on a nylon stringed guitar.
