do you think that my nose will get bigger and uglier???
i'm 15 years old now and my nose is kind of too big ,plus it has a litle small bump in i(i mean it is not fully straigt but its just a little bump) . my mom is 39 and she has a BIG bump in her nose and it is not straigt at all(that's a thing in her family). and for two years i have been worried that my nose will look like my moms nose when i grow up.
i dont know how my mom's nose looked when she was my age.
but will my nose change to look like my moms nose? or will it stay like this??
when does the nose stop owing and changing??at what age?????

thanks

Your nose never stops growing, I was worried about the same thing last year, my nose seemed to be getting bigger though my friends swore it was normal size, moral of the story, your true friends will never care. Chances are, since it's your mom, you'll probably get a similar nose, but remember, you also had a father in the deal, so you could get his nose, but either way I'm sure you're a beautiful person, and your nose is only one small aspect. =]

You should not worry so much about it. You get your facial characteristics from both sides of your family. Odds are your traits will be some where between what is common on your mother's side of the family and what is common in females on your father's side of the family. The shape of your nose is not going to change dramatically nor is the size going to change noticeably. It is true that cartilage continues to grow throughout our lives but it grows very slowly and you probably won't notice any change until you are too old to care about it. But pretty much all old people have larger ears and noses than younger people. If you only have a little bump in your nose it will remain a little bump. Age 15 is not the time to panic over what you might look like in the future. I know it feels important now, but your priorities will change. If this still bothers you when you are 25 or 30 you can consider surgical options, but odds are you will be a lot more comfortable with who you are and how you look by then.

Don't worry....I'm sure you may be just a little paranoid about this. And, i'm sure you nose looks fine! Embrace your facial features. i was always unhappy with my nose until I realized I can't change it (there is always plastic surgery, but who like having a surgeon scrape away cartalige and bone away from their face?) and I acted like I loved my nose and acted confident! Just smile! And, I don't think your nose can suddenly grow a large bump...I think you are stuck with the nose you have now! lol

Just stay carefree. Learn to carry yourself in a dignified way. If people start admiring your attitude they will forget your awkward nose. Remember this, looks are only superficial. Its your inner self that matters.
