I mean, if two people are tied for best answer, in your opinion, and one of them is your friend, is that the tie-breaker?

honestly yes, if they have the same best answers and one of them in my contact i would choose him/her

No my friends answer my questions but most of the time they are just joking when i need serious answers. But i vote for them to win other questuins to make up for it. We all vote for each other when one of our questions that we answered is in voting but no i don't give them best answer alot. Maybe once in awhile.
