You don't get anything for nothing, it's a scam do not answer do not give personal information.The following sites give more information.

If you are using a Yahoo mail account, select 'Options' and read the 'Spam Protection' page .. then turn on SpamGuard
If you have some other email privider, some-where they will have a similar Spam Filter type option.

(chances are they are based outside UK and UK Gov. & Police don't have a clue how to stop it = in fact they don't have clue how to stop crime full-stop)
