It's all about balance. You must equally balance everything so you aren't overworked, failing class, in a thriving relationship as opposed to a bad one, and seeing your friends.

Firstly, school is most important. Make sure everything is properly done and that you've studied enough.

Then comes your work. Do your best and put in extra hours if you can.

After that is your social life (until you find a girlfriend), which should involve seeing your friends whenever possible. It's important to keep good friends and to go out and have fun.

Your girlfriend is a little more difficult. Sometimes you might have to neglect your friends to spend more time with her. Work and school however, should NEVER be skipped just to please her; she needs to accept that an education and money is essential. If she can't then she probably isn't right.

Good luck and rememberwhat I said about balance.

Worry about what is important NOW, like the education and the job. Once the school is under your belt and your finances are secure then worry about the social life and girl. If you mess up the education now, you will regret it later. Later on girls/women will find more security in a guy who has his junk together. I am not saying don't have fun, just prioritize what you want. Maybe when you are not looking and least expect it something will happen

you'll juggle the things that are important to you. where there's a will there's a way. you just have to manage your time, set limits, etc.
