Without a doubt you have a Cyphotilapia Frontosa. Most commonly called a Frontosa for short. Yours is a juvenile and hasn't yet developed the recognizable hump on its head. Just Google "Frontosa" and you'll learn everything there is on this very interesting cichlid.

Is it still fairly small? It looks like a frontosa (Cyphotilapia frontosa) that hasn't developed a nuchal hump yet - see some images for comparison: http://images.search.yahoo.com/search/images?p=Cyphotilapia+frontosa&fr=yfp-t-501&toggle=1&cop=mss&ei=UTF-8
