Usually play into the second quarter. No they don't play the last preseason game fully. They play less the last preseason game because it is right before regular season. The starters play one or two series the first game, into the second quarter for the second and third preseason game and one or two series on the final game.
I hope that helps but it does very from team to team. Depending how long the coaches want them to play for.

I know it's already been said, but I wanted to reiterate the correct answer so you don't listen the the people who don't know what they're talking about.
The starters will get one or 2 series to stay sharp, then the backups will be in. The 3rd preseason game is the only one where the starters play most of the game. Teams don't want to risk injury or unnecessary wear and tear on their starters in the 4th preseason game.

Normally the 3rd pre-season game is where the starters will play the most minutes. The 4th and final pre-season game is really for those guys on the edge of making the team. Starters will play maybe 1 or 2 series in the final pre-season game at most.

Starters will probable in basic terms play like 10-quarter-hour. yet you will choose probable the comparable volume of danger to get an autograph of a commonplace season hobby as long as you're by using the front/go out the place the gamers come out.

Starters dont get much time in the last game. As stated above, the third game is considered their "dress rehearsal" so they play the most in that game. Last game is usually meant to trim the roster.
