You can use tcw3 oil in any outboard, however if your motor requires tcw3 then DO NOT use tcw oil in it. Check your owner's manual or contact a dealer with all pertinent engine information to determine whether or not tcw3 oil is required.

But your best bet is to just use tcw3 oil.

I don't recommend mixing of any oil unless in the gas tank not oil injection the 3 to a not 3 your call???

YUP! tcw3 is the newer verison of tcw.kinda like dexron2 and dexron3 trans fluid,can use dexron3 for dexron 2 applications.

you can mix them but stay with the tcw3 it has a additive to prevent carbon build up.
