My computer has a "delete" button for all areas I use. Some sites I visit also have "block user" (such as Yahoo Answers). Advertisers and most web sites have an "unsubscribe" feature at the bottom of their messages also.

It would be hard to get one unless you were being threatened. They would probably just tell you to change your e-mail and stuff.
