the internet is not installed on a computer.. yes u have to pay a monthly fee just like for a phone .. the phone service isnt installed on ur phone they have to turn it on ... same concept with the internet ..

Your browser goes in once (and updates are free).
However the access to the internet is a monthly fee. Otherwise you have no way to get onto the web even though your laptop could process the information from it.

The internet is out there. Being able to gain access to the internet is like being able to gain access to a baseball game or a movie theater.
You're charged by the month for your unlimited comings and goings.
