side front wheel now her cars passenger side front wheel tread is going bald other tires are ok but car drives staight does not pull to that side is the frame bent or does she need a alignment tires were put on all new approx 1 year ago

She needs more than an alignment. Something is bent. You can go to a good tire store, tell them what happened and shell out the $50 for an inspection. They'll put the money to any repairs it needs.

Get wheel alignment checked ( some places do this for free). If this is OK get a chassis alignment done (this could cost quite a lot more)

Take it to an aliment shop I agree with. However it does sound like the tire is not balanced.
