There is the legend of the holy grail and the last ark. The fountain of youth. There are millions of legends of things that can give you power, you would need to be more specific if you want an answer.

well...in not so many words about it....there is not an actual power you could ever attain to have an advantage over people...what I mean is you could live and be strong about everything...but in the end the power you get is something you must also give of yourself...this doesn't quite answer your question, but I can only say that these so-called powers.... all just an illusion to keep you subdued in this cruel system we all call our daily life. Yeah we all want special powers , but believe me when I say the greatest power in the world is and always will be unconditional love.....we all don't realize how hard that is to do...but it can be done....God bless....

Not that I know of,but there is a old wives tale in my family that goes,if you find a mushroom shaped like a mans penis when your baby's born something will be wrong with it,don't laugh people really thought that.
