my friend is having her fist baby. she is looking for a 4 ft x 3 ft faux zebra rug for the nursery. (it has a safari theme). she would prefer one with brown stripes, but black would be ok. do you know where i can find one shaped like zebra skin? i checked ebay and other decor sites and haven't found one under $300.

Go to www.overstock.com, babiesrus.com, walmart.com, target, etc. Overstock.com is pretty reasonably priced. My mother in law got my step-daughter a really nice bedroom set for under $50 when she got her first apartment.

Check out stores that have home decor fabrics: JoAnns, Hancock Fabric, Hobby Lobby.
I have seen zebra print before, it was like $24.99/yard.
A yard or two is all you will need.
