We all worry sometimes about getting lost. But do you know something? When we do get lost, most of the time there are many people around us who would be very glad to help us and give us directions if we just let them know that we are lost. If you do get lost, ask for directions. Most people are glad to help. Best of luck in your new school.

If the school has an open house (which most normally do), attend it. Usually they'll take a group of new students and their parents and show them around the school. You can also ask for an appointment for a personal tour I believe.
But if school's already about to start for you, I'd suggest asking around, but don't ask students for directions.. yet. Some students love to lead new students astray just for kicks, so just to be on the safe side, for the first couple weeks until you're used to it, ask a teacher or other school aide.
That's what I did and before you know it you'll have a route you'll have memorized by heart. Also it helps to know how the rooms are numbered and in which direction they go. Usually you can find your class with that kind of information.... unless you somehow get the "mystery room" as i like to call it, that for whatever the reason isn't where is "should" be.
But in all just do that, take a tour, ask for another, and when in doubt ask a school aid/teacher/school security etc.

Go to school the day before and find your classes make up a route youll follow everyday and walking those halls will be second nature =] Keep a list of your classes in order in your hand everytime classes change and have the room numbers theyre in next to the classes. And dont be afraid to stop by a class and ask a teacher for directions, people are glad to help. Good luck and hope I helped!

Go visit the school's office. Ask if they have a map or floor plan. Spend an hour during the summer walking around the school and visiting your classrooms. You might have to call ahead to arrange this.

get your parents or friend to do a practice run before hand. If you have to take public transit, make sure you know which bus goes where, and also, during school time, there will be lots of other kids. If you are going to school, and its 8:30, and you are the only kid on the bus, you know something is wrong.

-Ask for a map from the office
-get there early and ask someone to show you around before the bell rings
-follow people in your class
-ask for a buddy who will help you between lessons
i'm thinking of more but will not copy anyone because thats bad.

Coming from some one who moved alot lol, I would suggest going into the front office and asking for a map. I had to almost every time. They do come in handy.

Yea, go to the school ahead of time and look at where your classes are in advance. Go on the Friday before classes start

Study the campus map. Draw out a route between all of your classes and come school time, you should be perfectly aware of the campus.
