trash laying on the ground from some careless person, do you have the heart to pick it up, or is it the job of criminals to pick it up???
i always stop and pick it up......

I may see such things and think of the carelessness some people have in caring for the environment and surroundings. Though do think in a positive manner - leave it for the folk that know what they are picking up - I don't want to catch something others plant on you or get something through sheer curiosity and my own cleanliness. Ignore it and let the right man sort it out!

It depends where I am. If there is a trash can near by I will, but I am not going to walk around with trash in my hand. Not to mention if I picked up all the litter I saw I would never even make it to where I was going. People need to just not litter and respect the environment.

I have a heart but I'm not about to pick up dirty germ god-knows-what belonging to someone else.
A man with a stick and a trash can with wheels comes around and does that.

I don't pick up anything that I don't know where it has been or who had it first. I am trying to teach my son not to pick things up off the ground. He's a toddler.

i usually pick it up. unless its really disgusting. like something that molded or is covered in an undentifable susbstance. but if everyone picked up one or two pieces of trash, the world would be a much cleaner place.

In a suburb,yes. In the heart of the city,the level of trash - small items in the gutter - is to high for it to be practical; I would end of doing nothing but.

I usually just think to myself what a bunch of jerks and walk by. I guess that makes me no better than the person who threw it there.

it depends on how i feel. if i am in a good mood i stop and pick it up but if i am not feeling well or upset over something then i walk on by. good luck.
